Most tows we run are simple: a car that will not start in a driveway, a check-engine light that turned into a dead engine on I-20, a transmission that gave out in a shopping-center lot on Chapel Hill Road. We ask a few questions, give you a price, and tell you roughly how long until a truck is there.
If you are not sure where to take the car, ask. We know which shops nearby are open late and on weekends, and we can drop the car after hours where the shop allows it.
Rental car? Call the rental company first. Many of them have their own roadside contract and will reimburse you only if you follow their process. If they tell you to arrange your own tow, we can take it from there and give you an itemized receipt.

Local tows are priced as a hook-up fee plus a per-mile rate. We give you the full number on the phone before dispatch, based on where the car is and where it is going. Night, holiday and off-road work can change the price, and we tell you if they apply.
Can you tow my car if I am not with it?
Yes, if you can show you own it and tell us where the keys are. Call us, and we will explain what we need before the truck arrives.
Do you tow electric vehicles?
Yes. Most EVs should ride on a flatbed with the drive wheels off the ground, which is how we move them. Tell us the make and model when you call.
